I loved the bottle of wine, all the extras for the bathroom were nice. The beds were comfortable too.
Street noise. It was confusing getting into the common areas and elevator code did t work well.

Everything was clean and the location was great. Walking distance to the lake was especially perfect.
The place needs some upkeep/renovations. The door to the balcony was broken and practically impossible to use. And the blinds of the windows in the living room and the master bedroom were falling apart.
