The apartment matches the photos.

There were hot water, plumbing, and water pressure issues during the stay, including days without hot water and one water outage that lasted most of the day. The building is still under construction (see photos), with noise from upper and side apartments at irregular hours. Wi-Fi works but operates on a credit-based system; the credit was topped up by the host during the stay. The apartment can get dusty due to open aeration. A card is required to exit the compound via Gate 1. The location is near the airport rather than the city centre.
