There was initially a keypad on check-in, but the code stopped working after one use. The owner responded right away once I messaged them and provided us with a way to get the key so it was worked out within the first 10-15min after checking in.
There was a small cleanliness issue with the pull-out couch, but everything else was very clean and neat. The only reason we mention it at all is because our kiddos slept there, but it wasn't worth downgrading our overall rating of the property because it was a wonderful stay overall.

Very nice and convenient to the beach
The air conditioning system made a lot of noise when it would turn on and off.

Amazing location, excellent for beach access and facilities for dogs. Fireworks right outside both Friday and Saturday
Bed comfortable too.
Blackout curtains would be nice, but not a major thing.

Close to the beach!
There was a night club next to the condo and they played music till 3:30am Friday, and Saturday. We could sleep well.
