I believe this will be an honest and objective review. First of all, the apartment is very nice and well-maintained. It has two bathrooms, which is very convenient. All photos of the apartment on booking are true to reality. Tatiana, the host, was incredibly responsive—she replied to our messages very quickly and helped us at any time, day or night! Huge thanks, Tatiana! The apartment is quite far from the city center to walk there. If I were alone, I would probably feel unsafe walking at night because of the abandoned roadside buildings. However, getting around is very easy: right across the street from the apartment there is a bus stop for line 12, which takes you to the city center in 10 minutes. On weekdays, the bus runs every 30 minutes. About a 10-minute walk from the apartment, there’s also the Bari Torre Quetta train station, from which you can reach beautiful towns like Polignano a Mare or Monopoli in about 20–30 minutes. So it’s a great base for exploring the area. A downside is definitely the lack of shops nearby. The closest supermarket, Penny Market, is about a 50-minute walk away. In the future, things might improve—there is a restaurant currently being finished in the building, and the nearby construction sites suggest further development of the area. Overall, I rate this place very positively :)
