El apartamento es espacioso, acogedor y cómodo. Tiene todos los extras que te puedas imaginar, como una tele enorme con luces traseras. Nos dejaron un paquete de papas y una pepsi de 2 litros en la nevera como bienvenida. Buena comodidad de las camas. Cuenta con suficiente menaje de cocina y está situado en un barrio tranquilo a 10 minutos andando del puerto de Stavanger, que es una ciudad que nos ha sorprendido gratamente. Es preciosa, llena de vida y muy auténtica. La anfitriona nos facilitó nuestro check out, dejándonos salir más tarde y pudiendo dejar nuestras maletas en un cuarto que tienen habilitado al efecto. Sin duda muy recomendable tanto el apartamento como la ciudad.

Por poner un "pero" las camas de la habitación de invitados son un poco pequeñas. Por lo demás todo perfecto¡

war alles toll! das Wohnzimmer würde nach meinem Geschmack etwas Farbe vertragen, es ist viel beige und grau. Die Gegend direkt um die Wohnung wirkte recht unbelebt.

It is a spacious apartment with parking. It has a washer which is nice and a kitchen with most anything you'd need. It's convenient for walking to Gamle Stavanger, color street, etc.

We arrived to the apartment, brought in our luggage and promptly went to the grocery store. By the time we got back it was about 7:30 pm. I went to put the groceries in the fridge and the door literally fell completely off. I will post pictures. Now, we had just purchased fresh meat, yogurt, etc. Imagine what happens to them when there is no door to the fridge. I tried to contact the owner but instead got her mom or someone because she was out of town. Whoever I spoke to got a friend to come with an electric cooker but they were over two hours away so it was almost 11 pm. The electric cooler takes awhile to get cold so I had to throw away our meat and other items. This person came back the next morning to try to reattach the door, which they could but the fact is simply that they don't take care of their property. The owner told me this was the first that she heard there was a problem with it but the shelves on the door had been duct taped and taped with packing tape several times. See photos. I had requested a partial refund to replace the groceries ruined and going back and forth between her and booking.com was ridiculous. I was told by the owner that she would give me a 1000 NOK refund to replace my "allegedly ruined" groceries but booking com gave me a future travel credit instead. I eventually told booking com that I was over the whole situation. Do I recommend staying here? No. Do I think booking.com handled the situation properly? No.
