Tiene una ubicación excelente, en pleno centro y además unas vistas muy muy bonitas. No solo eso sino que además el anfitrión te contacta por privado y responde de forma clara, agradable y rápidamente. Un verdadero placer
Realmente no hay nada que tengamos que remarcar malo sobre la estancia ya que no tiene nada malo, el tema de que no tenga ascensor es algo que ya sabíamos y no te cambia nada el nivel de la estancia.

Großzügiges, sehr helles und sauberer Appartment mit Waschmaschine und Trockenständer. Die Schlafzimmer sind minimal aber funktional eingerichtet. Betten sind sehr gut. Eigentümer war immer sehr gut per WhatsApp erreichbar. Nah zur Innenstadt. Der nächst Supermarkt is etwa 10 Gehminuten entfernt, Ruhige Nebenstrasse.
Eher ein Hinweis als eine Beschwerde: Das Gebäude ist auf einem Hügel und die es gibt wenige Parkmöglichkeiten. Das Apartment befindet sich zudem im 5 Stock (kein Aufzug). Für einige Personen mag es daher nicht geeignet sein. Wir haben die Klimaanlage (falls vorhanden) nicht zum laufen gebracht.

Es un apartamento amplio recién reformado; muy cómodo.
Es un cuarto sin ascensor, lo cual fue un gran inconveniente al viajar con 2 niños pequeños. En consonancia, cuesta muchísimo aparcar en la zona, además de las grandes pendientes de las calles. Tampoco nos gustó el barrio (nos pareció algo inseguro de noche) aunque se encuentra a tan solo 3-5 minutos del centro de Santander.
