Door had a code. We only had to stop at rental office for keys and fob for pool doors. I would recommend leaving the keys inside so no stop is necessary at rental office.

Kitchen is updated, however the placement of the microwave could be difficult for handicap. The updating stops at the dining table. Bathroom updates are nice. I would recommend updating ALL tvs to smart TVs which could eliminate your cable bill and only leave you with internet. The update to the master bedroom - headboard does not work (outlet). Living room I would recommend removing the blue cabinet that holds all the cable boxes and placing on floating shelf and moving the green console table under tv for more room. To bring the rest of the bedrooms updated with nicer furniture, bedding would really tie everything together. I understand TV may not be important for vacations but if you have bad weather days it may be something your renter wants to do and upgrading the tv is a good option. Dryer does not dryer properly. Have to run cycle twice in order to dry clothes. The cost ($2200) for 4 days was steep…… would consider staying again if updates were done.
