Het is een oud appartement, maar toch heb je er alle comfort. Het terras is heerlijk, de zon schijnt er de hele dag. Idealiter zouden er een paar gemakkelijke zonnebedden mogen staan. Het is een mooie streek aan het comomeer, met prachtige uitzichten. Je kan te voet naar het meer wandelen. Voor ons is rustig slapen heel belangrijk, en dat hebben we hier kunnen doen!
Er was slechts 1 rolletje wc papier aanwezig. We hadden enkele dagen slecht weer en toen waren er veel mieren in de keuken. Er staat hier wel een spuitbus voor in de kast.
