Idyllic location with room for improvement on the housing side

The location is beautifully arranged and relaxing. An idyllic garden invites you to relax. The house is located well to explore the whole island.

The furniture and facilities are partly worn off, e.g. the couch is missing a foot, the parasol broken. The cleanliness could be improved. There was even rubbish on the outside "spa area". There was no firewood available, so we could not use the hot tub. It would have been great to inform of that ahead of time, so we could have brought some from home. We tried every supermarket and even "braende" shops, without luck to get some in the area. Renting a hot tub, which we cannot use, felt rather pointless. The house is very cramped, there is not even real space to store your clothes and baggage. For two people ok, for four definitely not.

Tolle Lage, schlecht umgesetzt.

Die Lage ist toll, Sauna und Whirlpool wunderbar. Sehr erholsam und ruhig. Man ist ungestört und kann gut die Natur beobachten.

Leider war das Haus bei der Ankunft nicht sauber. Wasser war noch in der Kaffeemachine und im Wasserkocher Backofenbund Kochherd waren schmutzig. Mussten wir reinigen. Schlafzimmer zu klein, man muss über die vordere Person steigen um ins Bett zu kommen. Zufahrt zum Haus gleicht einer Kerichtdeponie. Schade. Mit ein paar Veränderunger wäre es wirklich ein Lovely House.

Tolle Unterkunft, jedenfalls in der Theorie

Die Lage am See ist traumhaft, man ist für sich und hat seine Ruhe.

Wasser läuft beim Duschen leider direkt aus der Dusche ins Wohnzimmer, daher war Schimmel vorhanden. Das sieht man erst in den NOVASOL-Bewertungen, über die ab Buchung alles abgewickelt wird. Zusätzlich ist in der Wand leider ein Tier verendet, so dass es seit Tag 1 stark stank. Dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts, das passiert. Der Aufenthalt musste einvernehmlich abgebrochen werden aufgrund des Geruchs. Die Abwicklung mit dem Anbieter NOVASOL ist nun jedoch nicht mehr sehr entgegenkommend. Es gibt Streit wegen der Erstattung. Vermutlich landet der Fall vor Gericht.
