    The stay was perfect on all fronts - the staff were all so warm, thoughtful, and helpful. The rooms were in pristine condition and super functional, while daily housekeeping kept cleanliness to a high level. Plenty of wide easy parking in the front of the property. Good access to many F&B options.

    Our family of 5 stayed for 1 week and thought the Conrad was a lovely hotel in a great location to explore Singapore. What made me write this review was how wonderful the staff were, especially Vanessa who was able to make our stay even better every time we saw her. Even my children commented on how helpful and kind Vanessa and others were and we have stayed at many hotels. If you are choosing between the Conrad and another location in this area, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed with the Conrad.

    Staff service was poor for the amount we paid for this hotel. They couldn’t manage a simple logistical arrangement when offering free shuttle to and fro ski sites for hotel guests - failed to pick us up and even mixed up dates for pick up. And there was no apologies offered. Housekeeping did not replace used mugs in our kitchenette on day 2. Receptionist misinformed breakfast hours. Overall, not worth the value you will pay for a. 5 star hotel.
