Welcome to Tahiti, at CONDO MIKI!
Ideally located in the heart of downtown Papeete, this beautiful studio with neat and contemporary decoration has been renovated. In a search for intelligent occupation, each space has been thought out and designed for your greatest comfort.
The main sleeping area will be on the sofa bed in the living room which will be prepared as a bed for your arrival.
A double bed is also available on the mezzanine for sleeping 2 children / teenagers (or for 2 adults if necessary) but it should be noted that access by ladder can be restrictive and the ceiling height is lower than normal.
The studio is air-conditioned and you will also enjoy a fan on the mezzanine level.
The beautiful bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet and a sink.
You will have a hair dryer at your disposal.
You can also enjoy a beautiful kitchen area designed to contain everything you need to prepare your meals: ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster... but also to be able to eat at the table.
The Condo Miki benefits from an excellent free and unlimited fiber optic internet connection and a television.
It is a perfect studio to telework during your business trips and travels.
You also benefit from a washing machine as well as an iron and ironing board.
Ideally located, 2 minutes walk from the Papeete market, all shops and restaurants are nearby.

We had a wonderful two-week stay here. The condo was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed to cook and do laundry. The AC unit was great—after a long day out in the heat, it was a relief to return to the condo and have a cold, local juice and cool off. TV was perfect for unwinding in the evening and the look and decor of the condo was chic and classy.
Location was very quiet and we felt safe here. Mostly school kids walking around here. There are a couple restaurants very close—a five-minute walk only, and the shops, bowling alley, banks, market, church, and ferry terminal are all within easy 15-minute walk. I was able to walk my young child to the playground to play each evening, where we watched the sunset over the harbor.
The best part is the hostess, Eva, who is extremely responsive to messages. Anything we needed or even questions about how to maximize our vacation with local tips and advice—she was there for us and met all of our needs. She is genuinely concerned about her guests having what they need to have an amazing stay in Tahiti! I highly recommend this rental.
