The Crows Nest is superbly appointed - every amenity to enjoy our stay in Bear Neck Rockport. Matt was so helpful and super responsive to any needs we had. Views over the harbour are peaceful and relaxing. For any future guests - the Crows Nest is on the 3rd floor and accessed via a narrow, steep staircase. But I must emphasise that we had no problems and we are 73 and 70 this year.

The Crows Nest is an open, bright comfortable loft. The views from every angle were breathtaking. The location was perfect for shopping, dining, beach going, and relaxing. The loft offers quintessential New England charm. We are already considering our next visit. Thank you Matt for all of your personal attention insuring our visit was a fantastic.

The loft was as advertised. As an older couple (53,62) the only thing we found to our displeasure was the TV. Unless you had your own streaming apps and knew your passwords you were not watching much.
