About this apartment rental
Stay in front of the Eiffel Tower, as if you were there! Charming studio, very bright, very quiet and central, with every comfort, in the heart of Paris and in front of one of the most beautiful historical monuments in the world, enjoying incredible charm.
The building is at 3 avenue Silvestre de Sacy, in a street which is at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.
- FACING THE EIFFEL TOWER, not overlooked. Amazing view. We never tire of it, you will have the impression of being in a postcard, and of living a real dream.
- PLEASE NOTE: 7th floor by historic Eiffel-style staircase (see photos): THERE IS NO ELEVATOR. But you really won't be disappointed, on the contrary! You will have the impression of going up the same staircase as that of the Eiffel Tower. Bring small luggage, as a 23kg suitcase will be difficult to fit.
- Very clean, non-smoking studio, with refined decoration, in a magnificent Haussmannian freestone building, located 50 meters from the Eiffel Tower!

The 7th is a residential, chic and central district. There are shops, food shops, markets, restaurants, cafes, among the greatest Parisian symbols: Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, Place de la Concorde, Louvre Museum, Musée d'Orsay, Champs Elysées and of course the Invalides . Starting point for boat trips on the Seine, it is a bucolic, romantic place, steeped in history.

Bathroom/wc:
Beautiful walk-in shower with sliding doors, washbasin on teak furniture, with shelves and small cupboards to store your toiletries, WC, hairdryer.
Very high speed Internet (200MB fiber) and TV connected to fiber, with around a hundred channels.
The apartment is 2 minutes from all the shops and the "Franprix" supermarket on Avenue de la Bourdonnais. Good bakery 50 meters from the building. Restaurants and brasseries 1 minute away.
Arrival and departure times: Arrival possible from 12:30 p.m. Departure before 11 a.m. maximum at the latest. Hours may change depending on concierge availability.
The studio is on the 7th floor of a magnificent Parisian Haussmann building, where you have to climb the spiral staircase, designed by Gustave Eiffel, to climb the 7 floors, as if you lived in the Eiffel Tower ;). Bring small luggage, as a 23kg suitcase will be difficult to fit.
You have 3 underground public parking lots in the immediate vicinity: the closest ones are a 5-minute walk away, the furthest one is an 8-minute walk away. Average capacity 500 places. In the evening, parking is free in places on the streets of the neighborhood from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.

We loved the view from the room, how can you beat the Eiffel Tower at night? Maxime Daurel did warn us about the stairs and they are a tight spiral all the way up. We only had carry on luggage and it was still a heave up and back down. FYI there is a light switch off the the right for the stairs at night. Something we didn't discover until the 3rd night. The room is on the small side and so is the bathroom but hey it's Paris, what's not small? It was perfect for us to sleep in and then get out early to see the sights. The location is great being next to the metro. The reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because I felt the restroom and toilet could of been cleaner (I did wipe them down before using). Also the apartment is non smoking but others in the apartment do smoke inside. I think Maxime Daurel mentioned this but I didn't realize that the smell would come under the door and wake me up a night. I'm very sensitive to cigarette smoke and it was a bummer for me. But again it's Paris and there's a lot of smoke everywhere. There is also a lot of noise from the guys selling trinkets at the tower. We like to sleep with the windows open so it ended up waking us up a night a lot even at 3am. If you close the windows it's silent but then there's only a small fan for air flow. Ultimately we stayed here for the view and that's exactly what we got! Thanks Maxime Daurel!

Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was very clean and updated. all necessary needs and amenities were there. Communication with owner was 10 Star rating!! The view from the place was like a fantasy. The convenience of staying by the Tower is unsurpassable! Zero Complaints...I would love to stay there every time!! Thank you for a wonderful stay. I will never stay at a Hotel ever again lol!

My best friend and I stayed here for a 3 night trip to Paris. The view is amazing and your are seriously steps for the world famous Eiffel Tower. The pull out couch/bed was very comfortable and the apartment was very clean. The owner was extremely easy to work with and offered lots of useful information.
The apartment is on the 7th floor of a walk up, which can be exhausting, but this was all clearly pointed out in the description. If your in good shape no worries. The 7 story walk-up is worth the location and view!!!! Would stay here again!!!

The Eiffel Tower Studio has the best location for a stay in Paris! You go to bed looking at the Eiffel Tower and you wake up looking at the Eiffel Tower. The trip up the stairs is absolutely worth the view. The owner is very quick to respond to questions and was in constant communication with us if needed before, during and after our stay. The studio is updated and so much nicer than staying in a regular hotel. The bed was very comfortable! You felt like a real part of Paris staying in this studio apartment.
