A comprehensive and meticulous remodel of this popular unit was completed in the summer of 2024, leaving no detail overlooked in its redesign including a coveted Washer/Dryer. The heart of this home is its deluxe kitchen, where a generously sized island invites family and friends to gather, share stories, and create culinary delights. After an exhilarating day conquering the mountain, unwind and rejuvenate in the living area, where an inviting sofa beckons you to relax in front of the luxurious gas fireplace. The ultimate ski-in/ski-out experience awaits just beyond your living room. Simply open the sliding glass door, step out onto the snow, click into your equipment, and effortlessly glide down to the lift – the mountain is your backyard.
The first bedroom offers two double beds and features a private ensuite bathroom, The second bedroom boasts a king-sized bed, also complemented by its own ensuite bath. For additional sleeping flexibility, the den is equipped with a convenient sleeper sofa and can be transformed into an extra private sleeping area with an accordion-style door, complete with its own adjacent bathroom.
Offering the perfect location, Stonebridge Condominiums are ski-in/ski-out with the shops, restaurants, apres-ski and Tree House kids ski school at Base Village just a quick 3- minute walk away.
One complimentary parking spot is provided per unit.
Our on-site ski shop, Slopeside Rentals, is located directly on the slope and provides ski tuning, rentals, demos, and complimentary ski and snowboard storage as a guest of Stonebridge Condominiums.
Enjoy a soak in one of our outdoor hot tubs or heated pool after an invigorating day on the slopes. Our workout facility includes men's and women's spa type locker rooms with dry saunas and steam rooms.
Complimentary shuttle service to and from the Aspen Pitkin County Airport as well around Snowmass Village is available during office hours.
Please note that smoking of any kind are not permitted at Stonebridge Condominiums.
Because summer temperatures usually drop significantly during the evenings, most residences in mountain resorts are not equipped with air conditioning including the Stonebridge Condominiums. Fans are provided for your comfort.

This was our first time to the area, we loved it! Our unit was recently remodeled and had great aesthetics, new appliances, and came with complementary housekeeping (huge win). Great property-- location was close to base village which has shops, ski school, restaurants, ice skating, etc. as well as the mall area. The ski in/ski out was great and we were able to use the unit during the day as well as its ease to the lift. We utilized the complementary property shuttle and they were very accommodating. Unit is close to the on site ski rental and pool/ hot tub (although, wish there was robes for the short treck to the area).Our family of 6 had a great time and plan to return!!
