This is a top floor, 2 bedroom 1 bath condo in a waterfront complex. This unit does not have water views, but a quick elevator trip to the pool and south grounds area of the property, and you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the Santa Rosa Sound from the dock and pool area. You can enjoy fishing from the dock, grilling along the shoreline, or kayaking the local waters.

Location and property outside the condo needs a lot of work. Inside was nice. Needed a better cleaning. I cleaned the vent in the bathroom so it would work.
