We loved this cabin so much! It is super cozy and we loved staying here and would stay again! We did experience a few hiccups, but nothing major: 1. We communicated several times with the manager that we never received parking passes. We were told each day that they 'were on the way', but we never received them. 2. It appears that the cabin was not deep cleaned. When we attempted to open blinds, a lot of webs and bug carcasses came up with the blinds. 3. All of the patio furniture was in the woods behind the cabin, so we had to bring it up onto the porch.

We had a very nice two week stay in July! This quaint cabin is conveniently located near the Incline golf course & restaurant. We easily coasted down hill on our bikes to play pickle ball & use the gym at the rec center and turned on our electric bike boost to get back up the hill. We enjoyed the East Shore Trail, Sand Harbor, boulder jumping, hiking & more! The cabin's kitchen is new & well stocked with plenty of dishes, pots, pans & utensils. There is a pantry closet with room to store a Costco haul :] All the beds/bedding is very nice & the extra fans in the closet were much appreciated on the warmer days. (The nights were cool so we opened the windows to let in the mountain air.) We were happy to have access to a cooler to take to the beach & this year's 4th of July fireworks were fab! Luckily, we had beach towels but it would be nice to have a few in the unit for families that don't want to pack them. We enjoyed using the BBQ, sipping our morning coffee at the outdoor table & watching baby Stellar Jays learn to fly. Tahoe has an annual pine pollen season so we spent some time cleaning the deck so we wouldn't track the yellow dust into the house. Having a broom in the outdoor closet & access to a hose to wash it down did just the trick. Please don't leave food in your cars & lock your doors. & pretty please put your trash in the bear safe steel bins & recycling center. It's the bear's forrest after all-- so please do our part to keep ém wild:]

Overall a lovely cabin. Kitchen, bathrooms, and floors are clean upon arrival. However, there are lots of hairs left in between comforters and bedding sheets. The dinning table is large enough to sit 8 people. The lighting in the living room is very poor. Kids were not able to play toys in the living room due to poor lighting. Wifi is not stable. Lost connection to internet multiple times a day during the stay. Had to power off and on the model and the router get connected. There's only one assigned parking spot. Guest parking spots require permit. However, no permits were left in the property as stated in the check-in instruction. The Vacasa local staff responded quickly to provide us makeshifts parking permits.
