About this villa rental
The Lark House with 4 bedrooms, swimming pool, parking and with a fantastic view over the Coast, is located in a high and tranquil area of Loulé which will certainly provide pleasant and relaxed holidays.
This modern and fully equipped house consists of 4 bedrooms, all with private en-suite shower rooms, five bathrooms, living room, dining room and kitchen. Externally it has an outdoor dining space, social area, garden and a fantastic heated private swimming pool* with sun loungers and decorated with our typical olive trees.
The rooms, three with single beds and one room with a double bed, all en suite, are all equipped with air conditioning, wardrobes and access to the outside.
In the common areas you will find the living room, kitchen with dining area, pantry, laundry room and a complete bathroom with shower.
The living room has a sofa, television and access to the outside.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge and freezer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and electric kettle. The washing machine is located in the laundry room.
*Heated swimming pool with additional payment.
The capacity is 8 people. For babies, we have travel cot and high chair available upon request.
The house is delivered with sheets applied to the beds, face and bath towels for each of the guests.
No parties or events are permitted.
Tourist Tax LOULÉ - We inform you that the tourist tax must be paid at check-in.
The Tourist Tax is applicable to people over 15 years old, and costs 2.00€ per person/day up to a maximum of 5 days of stay from 01 April to 31 October and 1€ for stays between 1 November and 31 March.
Bookings made through Sales Channels and the VRBO group are subject to our confirmation.
We do not accept bookings from people under 25 years old. A deposit of €500 will be requested and returned after verification of the house's good condition. If anything is damaged, the cost of its repair or replacement will be deducted from the deposit.

We booked the villa on short notice and didn't know what to expect but upon arrival we realised the pictures did not do the Villa justice.
The villa was much larger than expected with four large en-suite bedrooms. There was huge kitchen, dining area and lounge with a stairway to a balcony.
The outside area is also spacious with a good mix of sun and shade throughout the day, a lovely pool and a driveway for as many cars as you'd need.
We had a lovely relaxing ten day break at the villa and would definitely book again.
The villa has only recently come on the market so there are some nice-to-haves missing (outdoor tables for the sun loungers for example). But the owners were very proactive and would have brought them if we had really needed them.

The villa was amazing the pictures don't do it justice, it's bigger than we thought so plenty of room for just the two of us.
The villa and grounds were absolutely spotless, the views were beautiful and the private pool was a real treat.
Our host Carolina was amazing, really easy check in and available on the phone with any questions we had or recommendations for restaurants or places to visit.
Everything was about a 20 minute drive, definitely need a car if visiting.
We will definitely be returning, perfect for friends or family and being able to heat the pool if requested always an added bonus!
