"Archie's Bunker" is a four season rental on beautiful Papineau Lake ready for you to enjoy the summer while you, fish, swim, kayak, paddle board or just soak up the sun.... or, enjoy some of the most beautiful colours in the fall season. If you are a winter person, well the sledding trails around this retreat are some of the best in Ontario.
You won't be disappointed waking up to the sunrise and a gorgeous view down the lake. Take your coffee out and enjoy it on the deck or down closer to the water on the dock. The property has a sand beach with gradual walk into the lake.
The house is perfect for a great multi-generational family vacation or for two families to enjoy. With two completely separate living rooms, one on the main and one on the lower level the kids can play their games while the parents enjoy the view down the lake.
Unlimited high speed internet for enjoying your favourite streaming services on the 75" smart TVs. EV charging plug so you are not worried about where your next charge is coming from!

Peak summer (June 22 - Sept 7 2025): $6,300 per week (sunday to sunday) - $900/night
Mid Season Spring (May 5 - June 22): $700 per night - 3 night minimum
Mid Season Fall (Sept 8 - Oct 20 2024): $700 per night - 3 night minimum
Low Season (Oct 20 2024 - May 5 2025): $600 per night - 3 night minimum
Christmas & New year (Dec 22 - Jan 5): $875 per night - 3 night minimum

The house was excellent, offering stunning views and all the amenities we needed. With 10 of us, it was spacious and comfortable, making for a memorable weekend getaway. Great view of the lake Highly recommend for a relaxing retreat.

This cottage exceeded all our expectations! The attention to detail and beautifully designed space made it feel like a luxury retreat. It was spotlessly clean and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need. Steve and Andrea thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and seamless. They were incredibly responsive, which only added to the experience. This is the first cottage I’ve stayed at where I wouldn’t change a single thing—everything was already perfect. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!
