**Celebrations & Events**
We welcome small gatherings (birthdays, graduations, or bachelorette parties) for up to 20 guests for an additional fee.
* Maximum of 8 overnight guests allowed.
* Prior host approval required before booking.
* Quiet hours begin strictly at 10 PM per local noise ordinance; non-overnight guests must depart by 10 PM.
* No glitter or confetti.
**House Rules & Guidelines**
*Check-In / Check-Out:* Check-in is at 4:00 PM; check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be requested for $25 (subject to availability).
*Pet Policy: Pets are welcome! Pets must be house-trained, attended at all times, and kept clean. A $250 fine applies for any pet mess left indoors, and guests cover any pet damages.
*Smoking: Strictly no smoking inside ($500 fine for interior smoke odor). Outdoor smoking is permitted with doors and windows closed.
*Pool Safety: Swim at your own risk. The pool is above-ground and is neither heated nor cooled.
*Trash & Mail: Weekly trash service is provided; please dispose of trash responsibly to avoid extra fees. No guest mail delivery is available at this address.
*General: Please treat our home with respect. We recommend trip insurance, as refunds follow our standard cancellation policy.

I literally LOVED my stay here! OMG! The pictures don’t do justice for how the house actually looks in amazing! TOP TIER!!!!! To say I enjoyed it is an understatement. EVERYTHING was clean! The host was super helpful and responsive. The home is located in a convenient area, easy to get around. I loved that there were things to do nearby and we didn’t have to keep driving around. I will definitely be staying here again!!

Super Comfortable Queen size beds in two rooms. Plenty of space in twin beds room and had a cute Barbie house bed. Lots of photo opportunities and plenty of fresh towels. Loved this house with the pool, swings, and miniature golf fun for all. We were able to walk to the State Farm Stadium and be there quickly. Just had an early 10am checkout time. But we will highly recommend and be back!!! 💖

We booked this Barbie-themed house for my daughter’s 10th birthday surprise, and it was absolutely perfect! The host was very accommodating; several family members were approved quickly for attendance (without overnight stays), which worked out beautifully for our celebration.The house itself was spotless, easy to find, and every detail felt so thoughtfully planned. From the décor to the layout, it truly felt like stepping inside a real Barbie Dreamhouse. The theme was carried out so well that it became every little girl’s dream come true.My daughter and all of us were amazed! This experience created memories we’ll cherish forever. I highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a unique, fun, and magical stay.
