About this house rental
Accommodation in the heart of Burgundy, renowned for its wines, travel the route of the great wines.
The Yonne offers varied landscapes alternating vineyards of Chablis (less than 30 km away), forests of the Morvan, green pastures, bocages and rivers. Our region also offers its visitors the opportunity to discover the medieval old town of Auxerre (less than 15 km away), the Romanesque basilica of Vézelay, the Gothic cathedral of Sens and the Renaissance castles of Ancy-le-Franc and Tanlay.

The accommodation
Our accommodation offers a fully equipped kitchen open to a spacious living room. In this space, you will find an office area, a play area with table football and a single bed (70). Offering access to the outside through the bay window, you will have your own delimited space to relax for a while on the garden furniture, surrounded by vegetation and birdsong.
With two minimalist bedrooms (a Queen Size double bed 160, a double bed 140) with storage, you can settle in at ease. The shower room is shared with the toilet. We also offer a washing machine and all the basic necessities (sheets, towels, hygiene and kitchen products). Wifi is included.
Oops... We don't have a television yet. Board games, pétanque or outdoor walks can be recommended.
Traveller access
You have access to independent accommodation and a dedicated space in the common courtyard. The latter will have garden furniture (no access to the garden below).
Free parking near the accommodation.
Possibility to enter the car in the private courtyard for an additional fee.
Other Important Remarks
As our house is opposite, we are likely to cross paths in the common courtyard with pleasure.
Presence of a dog with an impressive (or funny) appearance, but who will quickly appreciate your company.
