About this apartment rental
In Saint-Raphaël, we offer this charming 75 m² flat with sea view for rent, which can accommodate up to 5 people. Located on the 3rd floor (no lift), it comprises an attractive living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. You'll also have access to a 200 m² garden! With fibrotic Wi-Fi included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation includes :
- A bright living room with sofa bed, dining area, TV...
- An open-plan kitchen with appliances including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140×190) and small workspace
- Bathroom with bath
- Separate WC
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.
Outside:
- An enclosed, shared 200 m² garden to make the most of fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Raphaël, in a peaceful and very pleasant environment. All the essential shops are close by, as are boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Activities :
- Enjoy a relaxing stroll in the nearby botanical gardens.
- You can explore the Esterel hiking trails while enjoying the bucolic scenery.
- Golf enthusiasts can take to the course just 10 minutes from the accommodation.
- You'll reach the magnificent beaches of the Mediterranean Sea for a relaxing day by the water.
