RARE WACO RIVERFRONT close to BAYLOR and MAGNOLIA!

Relax by the river while watching the fish jump and birds chirp in this VERY quiet, safe and serine atmosphere!

This property has a large VERY PRIVATE backyard overlooking the Brazos River with firepits and hammocks. You can get close to the bank however no access due to steep bank for swimming/fishing. There is a boat ramp down the street for boat/fishing access.
