About this cabin rental
For our Summer Fun - This bi-level estate sits on almost an acre of fenced-in private land with an expansive patio that includes a hot tub and huge outdoor seasonal pool with a diving board and water slide. The patio area has a pool house with a cabana, outdoor eating areas, plenty of chairs, and a grill. A large lawn is perfect for throwing a football or knocking out some cornhole.
When the Leaves Start Turning - This is the perfect Holiday Getaway. There's room for everyone to come together and enjoy their time, while still having plenty of activities to make the stay one to remember! Video games, pool, air hockey, darts, and foosball -- reading nooks, outdoor grill -- everyone will have something to do here in this resort-like stay! Get away from it all, together.
More of a sight-seer and want to go shopping? Still a fantastic fit! Less than 4 miles from Dollywood, and less than 13 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg, this home is Dead Center in the middle of all of the places to be in the Smokies!

The upper level of the house has two primary bedrooms with king beds, both with en-suite full baths and French doors that open up to a private 7 screened-in porch both bedrooms share. Down the hall, you'll find a bunk room with a twin upper bed and a double bed on the bottom. Under the bunks, a pull-out twin trundle bed is available as well. In the same hallway, there is another full bath and the laundry room.
Most of the gathering spaces are on the upper level. A large, open concept kitchen has all the implements needed for those wanting to prepare a grand feast or simply dish out piping hot pizza to your crew. You'll enjoy two dining areas, a living room with a fireplace, two sitting areas and high top tables for games or activities. There are French doors off the kitchen that enter into the first game room, sporting a 72” curved screen tv, foosball table, pool table and air hockey table, yay! There is a sliding door that leads out to the pool area and patio with a covered porch and plenty of seating for the relaxing inclined.
On the lower level, you'll be glad to know there are two bonus rooms, each with a queen bed and plenty of room to set up your yoga mat or to retreat to get some work done. The heart of the lower level is the arcade room, which includes a Pac-Man table, Marvel games and an NBA basketball game! There is a wet bar and half bath to complete this space. Down the hall there is another large bonus room that has plenty of space to hang out, play a board game or watch a movie. This room comes equipped with a queen bed as well. Every room in the house has a smart tv with streaming apps. For added convenience, there is also a second half bath in the vacation home.

This is an absolutely great location right next to the strip.With everything that you and your family could ever want to do. The mountains that you get to look out onto on this property, we're so amazing. It was definitely clean enough. Parking was wasy even with several vehicles. I had all the information I needed to get into the house and find the location well before we got there. All in all, it was a really good experience. I do wish that the pool would have been open. It was over seventy degrees the entire time we were there, so I just don't understand why they're winter goes into march, but besides that, I was very happy.

The house was big and had plenty of room for everyone. There was a lot to do and the kids never complained about being bored. The house had plenty of seating both at tables and on couches. The overall house appeared clean, but you could tell that it hadn’t had a good deep clean in a while. Lots of area appeared dusty and needed a wipe down. The main areas were clean, like counters, but shelves in the bathroom and other ledges were dusty. The house was in a quiet neighborhood that appeared mostly residential. The kitchen was not as fully stocked as all other VRBO homes I have stayed at. There were no oven mitts, measuring cups, and only a small cutting board. It also would’ve been nice if there were kitchen towels. We made do, but preparing meals was not the easiest.

Beds very uncomfortable and not sturdy. Problems with showers and sinks and water pressure. Showers wouldn’t drain. Very dirty.
