Fully renovated penthouse condo in Old Town Marblehead with peeks of Marblehead Harbor. Steps to Crocker Park, shopping, a grocery store, restaurants, Marblehead Harbor and more! Enjoy a well appointed gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, skylights that flood the top floor with natural light, central air conditioning, a private deck, in-unit laundry and two car off street parking. 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 2 full bathrooms and an office on 2 floors.
The Space: To access the condo, you must enter on the main level and go up a flight of slightly narrow and windy stairs to the entrance to the unit. The main level features two bedrooms, a sitting room, washer/dryer, office space and full bath. There is also access to the private outdoor deck on this floor. To access the living room, dining room, kitchen and another full bath, head up an interior set of windy stairs to the second floor and take full advantage of the views of the harbor from the living room area. Two off-street tandem parking spaces included (will accommodate two medium-sized cars).
Please note that like antique homes in Old Town, the ceiling height on the top floor is lower than the second floor (top floor is 78") and the stairs to our "front" door (second floor) are somewhat narrow and steep.
Parking is easy with two tandem off-street parking spaces available (will accommodate 2 medium-sized cars).

This property is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. The host communicated well and the location was very pretty. Having a small grocery store so close was also helpful. Thanks for everything.

Beautifully appointed space within close proximity to the harbor. The only drawback we could find were the steep stairs to get your luggage to the second floor. This is also a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. Beyond this, everything was perfect.

The home in Marblehead was absolutely perfect for us. It was very comfortable, immaculate, stylish, yet maintaining its unique historical significance. The location was close to restaurants, the harbor, and downtown. An easy commute to the T in Revere for quick access to Boston. And a head start for driving north to other coastal jewels. We walked to the restaurants, to Fort Sewall, as well as throughout the beautiful downtown area. The upstairs den and kitchen is perfect for relaxing with the family. The kitchen is very well stocked. Our host Amy was so responsive, checking in, making sure that all was perfect for us. When we return to Marblehead, we will want to stay here again.You will want to as well!Robert
