My son and I loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for us and met all of our needs. It is in an area that is not too touristy and crowded, and there are great beaches, shops, and restaurants very close by. The home was neat, clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with kitchen essentials and linens. We hope to stay here again!

This vacation spot was perfect for our family! Check in with the smart lock was easy, and it was nice to not have to worry about carrying a key. The home is super cute and very comfortable - met all of our needs. There is a lovely lake view, and the beach is a short walk away. We also enjoyed the pool, shops, food and COFFEE right downstairs from the unit. Hope to visit again!

I absolutely love Carillon - we have stayed here many times. This year, they have implemented a new system that requires an access code so that you can fully utilize the community. This means that unless you pay for the extra code, you can’t access 3 of the 4 pools, and you can not access the beach AT ALL. There is no mention of this extra charge in the listing, but the listing does mention the things that you will not be using.Also, just as a heads up, the listing does mention that there are laundry facilities, but fails to mention that it is 2.50 per wash or dry. I knew this because I have been before, but it is also good for those new to Carillon to know.We were super excited to see an Aldi has opened up across the street where the Winn Dixie was, so that was definitely a plus. All in all, everything was as expected. I did not pay the extra fee, so I feel a little duped on this particular listing. If you don’t mind the extra fee, definitely book, as this is the absolute best community in PCB.
