Nice unit, well furnished, great location except for 1 room above jacuzzi area which was loud at night with people. Keep in mind, if you rent through a 3rd party site like Vacasa, the staff at the resort will not offer any assistance. They will tell you to contact the booking agent. We were not able to get extra amenities like a day bed, crib, early check-in, etc. Another party of ours booked through Winter Park Resorts and they were given all those amenities and more. Given our experience, I would book through the resort. a 4pm check in is late so unless you plan on getting in late, not worth it because there is limited public parking so you will be forced to park offsite until you can check in. Basically, a 4pm check in ruins the entire day. In contrast, our party that booked through the resort was able to check in at 11:30a. I like Vacasa but this is one resort I would use the onsite booking and skip 3rd party sites.

Home even has basic condiments, bags, and all the dishes you need.
Coffee maker didn’t work, and wish the windows had screens.
Other than that it’s perfect.
