- UTV rentals are available on-site with a fee
- There are additional bookable vacation rentals on-site; other travelers may be present during your stay
- This property sleeps 6 guests in 3 beds, with room for 7 total by using the provided floor mattress
- Lawn maintenance occurs every Wednesday, and this may take place during your stay
- Please note that the cabin is set back approximately 300 feet from a highway
- The property features well water, carefully filtered for your convenience, offering a unique and natural experience that may differ from standard municipal water
- Landscaping occurs every other Wednesday around 8:00 AM
- Please note that the steep hills leading to the property can become hazardous during snowstorms. While the roads are regularly treated for ice and snow, severe weather can delay snow removal services. This is because hospitals and emergency services take priority before private or secondary roads are cleared. During these times, driving up the hill should be done cautiously at your own risk. We strongly recommend using a 4-wheel drive or all-wheel drive vehicle equipped with snow tires or carrying chains during winter to navigate the conditions safely. Please plan accordingly to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay

Great experience! Very clean and cozy. Beds comfortable! Easy to find. Plenty of games, had football table too. Wrap around porch with plenty of seating. Wonderful site! Great communication and response time.

It was a great place to spend a few days. Close to dining and activities yet quiet and peaceful. The cabin was stocked well with dishes pans utensils and trash bags doggie bag and cleaning supplies. We would stay again.

The cabin was cute and cozy but there was a moldy, musty smell in the bathroom. We did have a toilet issue but Allison was very prompt to get someone there to take care of the issue. Overall our stay was good and we would stay there again! It was super close to downtown Deadwood but nice to be able to get away from the busy area!

We really like staying here. The location is great, taxis, uber and Lyft comes out. There is a bus from one of the other locations that will also stop and pick you up on busy weekends. The amenities they have at the cabins are really nice. Our only complaint would be is they need a little TLC. They are showing there age inside and out. It’s just the little things that need to be fixed inside and out. Would we stay here again absolutely! We love the location, the room it gives for two couples, we were able to grill, cook, relax after a busy day.
