Soho 203 is a comfortable, modern apartment. Featuring two large bedrooms both with queen beds, wardrobes and city views. There is a generous central bathroom. The european laundry has a combined washer/dryer. Enjoy cooking in the spacious kitchen with high-quality appliances including a coffee machine and sandwich press for those all important snacks. The open-plan living and dining area is perfect for relaxing after a full days exploring in the Geelong CBD.

The property is in a secure apartment complex with access either via garage remote or for street level access a fob is provided.

This apartment is right near the cafes & restaurants on Little Malop Street. Please be mindful that it is likely you can expect some level of street noise particularly on Friday & Saturday nights.
