This house is absolutely beautiful! Neighbor is gorgeous as well and we felt very comfortable and safe.We did feel that the house lacked proper lighting, more lamps would have been nice, or even dimmers on some switches. Every room was absolutely blinding with the lights on, even when you went to the bathroom at night there was no reprieve.Beds and soft except the two lower twin beds, those were pretty firm. Again, only 2 rooms had lamps, the primary room and the room with the twin beds. Another helpful item would be a few suitcase racks so your guests don't have to keep their cases on the floor.:)

We rented this house for a family gathering: it was a perfect space for out-of-state family to stay overnight, and for locals and visitors to gather by day. We had everything we needed in the house: we enjoyed playing games at the large dining room table, hanging out on the comfy sofas in the living room, using the kitchen for a display of snacks, and the beautiful yard for outdoor games and photos. We walked the area, taking in the beautiful neighborhood, enjoyed eating in and take-out from local restaurants, and attended the Catholic church - just a block away. We also enjoyed the Mississippi River and easy access to Minnehaha Falls. The area is quiet and safe, and the house is newly renovated with carefully chosen comforts and amenities. Last but not least, David and the Evolve team were exceptional hosts, available for questions, receptive to our group's suggestions (for minor rental improvements), kind, and communicative. Overall a super positive experience that everyone in our group appreciated and expressed interest in repeating!

The house was great. Nice updates in the bathrooms and kitchen. Every inch of space was utilized - a lot was packed into the house, but did not feel cramped. It was definitely quaint and cozy. Could have used some dimmer switches or lower wattage light bulbs. Close to bars/restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay.

House is very clean and well decorated. I highly recommend it. It was just my wife and me so there were more rooms than needed but the house is close to my son and his family's house so we will return.
