About this apartment rental
Brand new condo completed May 2024 with all modern amenities for the whole family. Wake up to tranquil mornings ready for fun in the sun beach day. Return to a very large fenced in yard and your own private outside shower, picnic tables, and outside electric grill to enjoy the late afternoons. Cook in a new kitchen with all the amenities or eat out or ordering and enjoy the evening.
Our 2025 newly renovated large barn style dwelling located on premise is open to all guests to use. An extra large place to hangout outside and play Foosball, do arts and crafts, read or just relax outside while "BBQing".
Property is on half an acre and it has a very private backyard. A place to secure your bikes to take out on the town or just ride around the cul-de-sac.
Condo Unit B
May through August (3 night minimum Thursday to Sunday only) - $265/night
September - $250/night
Weekly Sunday to Sunday (Host offers 10% discount)
Both Unit Rental - B and C inquire directly.
Monthly: June, July or August only, please inquire directly.
Included are beach towels, beach tags and for weekly rentals if available an additional fee of 75.00 for one private beach parking space directly across from the beach for easy beach access! See House Rules for information.
Pillows, blankets and comforters provided.
4 Beach Towels Provided.
4 Beach Chairs provided.

We all enjoyed this lovely home , kids played a lot in the backyard and we had our lunches and snacks outdoors, it was perfect !
The host is very friendly and fast to respond !

We were very pleased with this rental property. The owner was in contact with us several times before the trip to give us information about our stay. This was very helpful during the check-in process. The home is modern and full of up-to-date appliances. She provided a binder which gave us instructions on how to use the appliances if we needed. I would definitely stay here again.
