This cozy newly built two-bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 people and has an area of 53 m²+10m2 terrace. The rooms are nice and comfortable. One of them is equipped with a double bed, while the second is equipped with 2 0.90 beds. The cozy and modern living-dining room has a sofa, living room furniture, satellite television and dining table with chairs. The open kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker. There is a bathroom with shower. In addition, the accommodation is equipped with the following facilities: elevator, terrace furniture, iron, air conditioning, communal pool, private covered parking in the same building.
We offer the option for you to bring your own sheets and towels or you can opt for our service with a supplement of €15 sheets per bed and €10 towels per person.
