About this house rental
We offer for rent, our family holiday home of more than 140m² located in Quimiac/ Kerro, 11 kms from Guérande and 18 kms from La Baule. It has received the classification of 3-star furnished tourist accommodation. Many activities are nearby: equestrian center 1 km away, tree climbing less than 2 kms, salt marsh for superb walks, velocean a few meters away.
Ideally located only 700m (a few minutes walk) from the beach of Lanséria by a pleasant path and 700 meters from the center of Quimiac (shops and bi-weekly market, in summer). The house is surrounded by a plot of 900m² with deckchairs, garden table and chairs, barbecue.
It consists of:
On the first floor:
• entrance
• living room of 34m² with living room, TV, internet access (fiber), opening onto terrace and garden well exposed to the south.
• kitchen equipped with: induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, coffee maker, Senseo, etc.
• separate toilet
• bathroom with walk-in shower.
•washing machine, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner etc ...
Upstairs:
• 4 bedrooms: 13m² (a double bed of 140 with duvet of 200x200 and a single bed of 90), of 17m² with double bed of 140 with duvet of 200x200 and a sofa, of 14m² with 2 single beds of 80x200 with duvet of 140x190 and of 20m² with 2 single beds of 90, a BB cot, a cot for children.
•A bathroom with bath/shower
