BEACHFRONT, 9th Floor!!! Enjoy Peace and Quiet While Vacationing Only a Few Minutes From Town, in This Hidden Jewel of a Location!
Amenities: Pool, Tennis Court, Grills, Picnic Area and Walkbridge to the Beach. Spectacular Sunrises from your private balcony!
There is an adjoining studio, (#909), and when available will double sleeping accommodations! Rent one or both!

Welcome to Islander East, a beachfront studio condo located on the 9th floor with private balcony and gorgeous views of the Gulf of Mexico! Resort pool access, tennis courts and private beach walkover available, so you are just steps from the sand and endless hours of fun in the sun.

This cute coastal condo sleeps 4 with a queen bed from which you can see the water and a murphy bed for extra sleeping space. Updated and fully stocked compact kitchen with dishwasher and granite countertops, everything you need to make meals. Full size bathroom with combo tub/shower.

Enjoy the private balcony with gorgeous views of the beach and a lovely Gulf breeze; the perfect spot for your morning cup of coffee or an evening beverage to unwind and watch the sunset. Please note, pets are not allowed. Laundry facilities are available for guest use, fees apply.
Need more space? This unit is connected to the condo next door with an indoor passage door that can be accessed if both units are booked together!
Conveniently located on the East End and close to many local attractions, restaurants and more, but still enough out of the way from the hustle and bustle of town.
• Stewarts Beach, where chairs, umbrellas, food and bathrooms are available is only 1.5 miles away
• Beautiful, historic Bishops Palace is 2 miles on Broadway, where tours are available.
• The historic downtown Strand district where shopping, dining, carriage rides and strolling are enjoyed is 3 miles away.
• The Historic Pleasure Pier amusement park is 3 miles.
• Moody Gardens and Schlitterbahn Waterpark are only 8 miles down the island.

Parking permits are required and limit of two vehicles. You will register your vehicle with the front desk (7:00Am-11:00PM only) at Islander East Resort where they will provide the permit and access codes for the pool and will be included with your check-in instructions before arrival.

Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing.
Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. No need to worry, please leave it where it has been placed.
This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adult maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property.
For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.
Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.

Please note: Upon booking, guests are required to complete a rental agreement, which will be sent via a secure link. Check-in instructions will only be provided after the agreement is completed.

We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
We'd much rather you have your belongings with you! Thank you for doing a final "sweep" of the home before you depart.

We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start-up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper, etc so that upon check-in you do not need to run to the store. We do not provide salt, pepper, oils, and spices. If you are staying longer than a few days you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. A nice stay, with good amenities and a fantastic view. Decor was elegant -- homey, without a lot of kitsch. Bed was comfortable (if a bit too plush for my lower back). Since it was a chilly December, the heat worked well for comfort.

The place was quaint and cozy; great for a couple. Awesome view of the gulf and because it was on the east end, the beach felt private. The heated pool and pickleball courts looked wonderful; wish the weather had been better to enjoy them. The location was perfect for getting around the town. We will definitely be back!!

The property management gave me wrong check in codes 3 times. Apparently there was problems with the entry device which they knew in advance. Also there was a strong mold odor as soon as I entered.There was visible mold in bathtub at caulking. The owner had decorated it so cute, but the bed and couch were hard. Islander East property itself including staff was otherwise very good considering the age. Spectacular sunrise view.
