This Wells Beach cozy condo is just steps to the ocean. This condo is also walking distance to a coffee shop, gift shops, playground and arcade.
This is a one bedroom condo with a queen size bed, as well as a full sized pull out sofa (sleeps 4 comfortably). Fully equipped kitchen including toaster, microwave and coffee maker. On-site parking is available for 1 vehicle.
Many restaurants, shops and supermarket are conveniently located on Rte 1. Short driving distance to beautiful Ogunquit where you can enjoy the scenic views of the Marginal Way or enjoy a show at the Ogunguit Playhouse. Kennebunkport is just a few miles north with a quaint downtown and picturesque views. Other area attractions include Kittery Trading post, the Maine diner, Congdons Donuts and Rachel Carson Wildlife Refuge.

This was our third trip to Maine, our 4th rental in the area, and by far our best experience. Chuck was an absolute pleasure to work with. The unit was clean, well organized, and fully equipped. We wanted for nothing. We can’t wait to return to the area and book with them again.
