You, Me And The Sea is a bright, well-maintained beach house surrounded by trees offering a peaceful location in the popular Corolla community of Ocean Sands! Enjoy the ocean breezes from the comfortably furnished wraparound deck and screened-in porch. Take a stroll around the nearby lake only steps away. Just 1800 feet between your house and the ocean, you will be relaxing on the pristine northern beaches in minutes. You, Me and the Sea is also conveniently located near tennis, golf, and shopping, as well as close to the famous Duck Donuts for those warm maple bacon donuts in the morning!
The covered porches are a great place to enjoy your morning coffee and plan your day. The large decks are ideal for relaxing with a good book and soaking up some rays. You will be delighted in your selection as You, Me and the Sea has all your family, friends and loved ones could ever need for your Outer Banks vacation!
Dogs are welcome so don't forget to pack a bag for your four-legged family member as well. A favorite OBX experience for many is taking a dip in the private 24x12 pool or a relaxing soak in the hot tub. The kids can also enjoy the kiddie section of the pool after a long day at the beach and you can do just that while on vacation!
Please note the fireplace is available from November through April.
This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Ground Level: Recreation room with pool table, sleep sofa and TV, pyramid bunk bedroom with a trundle.
Mid Level: Queen bedroom with door to hall bath and shared with bedroom with two bunk beds, queen en suite with private bath and TV, hot tub on deck, washer/dryer.
Top Level: Living area, kitchen, dining area, screened porch, king en suite with private bath and TV.

It could not have been a more pleasant stay. The location, although at the edge of the development, was really nice. The amenities were thoughtfully arranged. Our dog came with us, as well. There was more than enough space to give each person privacy, and more than enough space to allow us to gather together. We hope to come back again, and again, and again.
