Reviewer Comments:
Our water heater was broken and we had to move rooms after staying one night. It was a huge ordeal to move 4 adults and 2 kids. The staff was courteous and professional about it but I believe we should be credited one night stay for the inconvenience. We were not offered anything at the time because there was no “manager” on site. I know things happen but there should be a policy in place when this happens. The convenience and easy access to the beach is fantastic.
