About this apartment rental

Your group gets FOUR separate apartments — close enough to feel together, separate enough to disappear when you've had enough togetherness. Downtown is 5 minutes away. The beach is an easy drive. When everyone comes back, you're not splitting up into hotel rooms. You're all right here. Same trip, same property, your own space.

Your group has all four apartments. Park in the driveway to the left of the front of the house on East Cervantes, and along the fence on the N 16th side — please pull completely off the road. Apartment A is entered from the front porch; B, C and D are inside the privacy gate. Each apartment has its own electronic lock, and you'll receive all four codes in your digital guidebook once your rental agreement is signed, your check-in form is complete, and your balance is paid.

● Apartment D — a private, self-contained studio at the back, with washer/dryer access
● Sleeps up to 16: five king beds, plus an air mattress, two pull-out couches and a futon
● Brand new memory foam mattresses
● Private Kitchens: each apartment has its own fully equipped kitchen
● Living Areas: separate gathering spaces mean your group doesn't have to crowd into one room
● Smart TVs with Roku in bedrooms and living areas
● Fenced shared backyard — pet-friendly, with room for dogs to get outside

Every guest is required to sign a short rental agreement after booking
This is not optional: our property insurance requires a signed agreement for each stay, and our attorneys have advised the same
It covers house rules, check-in and check-out procedures, occupancy limits, and responsibility for damage
It takes about two minutes — there is no app to download and no account or password to create
We send it after booking along with a brief check-in form, and your access details follow once both are complete

The trash cans are on North 16th Street, underneath the tree near the parking area
Bag your trash and drop it in — nothing needs to be brought back
⏰ Early Check-In & Late Check-Out
With a property this size, early check-in and late checkout are NOT offered on same-day turnovers
On other dates every request is manually approved
Fee: $20 per hour, with a one-hour minimum
Please request as early as possible

🔑 Minimum Booking Age
The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old for the whole property
The primary guest must be present throughout the reservation

Reservations that misrepresent the primary guest's age may be canceled in accordance with the applicable booking terms

Amenities at Everybody made it. Everyone has their own space. The dogs have a yard. Downtown is minutes away. The beach is an easy drive. Now we can actually enjoy the trip.
