Welcome to our beautiful home—perfect for a relaxing getaway with family or a small group of friends. The backyard and pool area are designed for quiet enjoyment, offering a peaceful space to unwind and recharge that includes fire pit and corn-hole.
We are conveniently located just a short 15-minute drive to The Villages and Middleton (The Villages High School), and only 10 minutes to Florida National Cemetery. The home is also near multiple local wedding venues, making it a great option for guests attending ceremonies or events while still enjoying a quiet, residential setting.
We are dog-friendly for well-trained dogs. We ask that pets be house-trained, do not chew on furniture, and be supervised at all times. Guests are responsible for any damage caused by pets.
Please note: This home is located in a quiet neighborhood with close neighbors. Out of respect for the community, this property is not suitable for parties, events, or get-togethers of any kind, including wedding rehearsal dinners or receptions. We strictly enforce occupancy limits; no more than 10 people may be on the property at a time. The outside of the property is monitored to ensure compliance.

Very quaint property conveniently located 20 minutes to the Villages while we visited our grandchildren. Lori is a wonderful host. House and pool were both very clean.We will definitely consider this property again when we are in the area.

This property is absolutely perfect! The rooms are beautiful, the extras that are included far exceeded our expectations! The pool was great and the owner has everything you could possibly need! Her communication was outstanding! We had such a great experience here and would 100% recommend it for a quiet, relaxing stay that includes a ton of extras! Thank you so much!!!

The house is an historic treasure, beautifully decorated and fully equipped. We enjoyed it so much! Huge backyard for dogs to run and everyone to enjoy.
