Home is incredible.Had an issue with the pool heater. The team was on it immediately but it still kept us from the pool for three days.

I just re-read the review from 12/1 and it was spot on regarding hot tub not being heated and lacking proper management. We had all the same issues except there was no sand in the pool. Check in was frustrating because they never provided instructions. We had to call the realtor listed on the sign Outside to get the code to enter. Ami locals (management co) ended up responding to my request for Check info At 9pm That night.

Great house in a great location. Brand new, clean and just as pictured. Highly recommend the property but had problems with the management company not doing their job. Pool and hot tub were below 60 degrees on arrival and it took three plus days for the pool to heat where it could be used. Some showers lacked hot water. Only two towels per bathroom. Pool company did not clean pool properly. A lot of sand remained in pool likely from recent hurricanes. Pool company cleaned while we were there and didn’t remove sand or debris. This house has obviously not been lived in or rented much and needs some kinks worked out. In addition the management company needs to do their job and heat pool in advance of arrival. Great house but very poor execution by management company. When contacted several times the management company only made excuses and seemed to not have any true response for the issues or even know about them.

Everything about the property was 5-star. The decor, everything it was equipped with, all areas, were just amazing!!! The cleaning company did a superb job. Everything looked brand new. Fresh, gorgeous!
