Fully updated one bedroom condo with queen bed, large living room, couch with two recliners .A twin size cot is available for 3rd guest. Magnificent views of Arrowhead golf course as well as the Intercoastal waterway. Ideal setting for a holiday that combines luxury with the allure of a coastal lifestyle . Airport is 6.6 miles away , 14 min drive. Broadway at the Beach for shopping and eating 6.6 miles also 14 min away. The best part is the BEACH is only 8 miles away 17 min drive. Visitors will be able to access the small indoor exercise room and all three of the pool areas with visitor access. There is a $50 fee for a lost or broken card, so please keep it safe. There is no cost for parking. When guests arrive they will be provided with pool and exercise access. There's not a mailbox at this location. Noise: Please keep your volume down between 10 p.m. and 7 a.m. during the quiet hours. Respect: Show your neighbors some thought. Cleanliness: Brand-new carpet, no shoes to be worn inside. Food and Drink: It is not permitted to eat or drink in bed. Events and Parties: NOT PERMITTED Smoking: A $200 cleaning fee will be incurred if there is any smoking or vaping of any kind. The Riverwalk HOA prohibits motorcycles/slingshot or any other 3 wheel type vehicles. There will be a $25.00 fine if the condo key is misplaced.
