Located in the 18th arrondissement, this charming 35 m² apartment has all the amenities you need for a pleasant stay in Paris. Comfortably accommodating 4 people, it's ideal for vacations with family or friends.
To make your stay even more enjoyable, I provide homemade fruit juice and jam for breakfast, as well as a coffee machine with capsules.

Located on the 2nd floor without elevator, this beautiful apartment includes:
- a bedroom with a double bed;
- a fully equipped kitchen;
- a functional shower room;
- a dining area with a table and chairs;
- a comfortable living room with a sofa bed.
You will particularly appreciate its practicality and brightness.
Everything you need for a great stay is at your disposal, including: Wifi, Television, Microwave, Raclette machine, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Oven, Refrigerator, Heating, etc. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
The apartment is ideally located:
- In the immediate vicinity of the Château-Rouge metro line 4 entrance.
- 10 minutes walk from Montmartre.
For your small daily shopping, a supermarket "Franprix" is just 2 minutes walk.
During your stay, you will have the opportunity to discover the unmissable sites that make the city famous, such as:
- the Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre is a 10-minute walk away;
- the Sainte-Chapelle, 16 minutes by metro;
- the Palais Garnier and the Cathedral Notre-Dame de Paris, 17 minutes away;
- the Musée du Louvre 20 minutes away;
- the Arc de Triomphe 25 minutes by metro, and many more.

The latter is one of the highest hilltops in Paris and the view from the top is worth the trip. The church of the Sacré-Coeur, Bastion of the Commune in the nineteenth century, Montmartre then became the neighborhood of many artists such as Picasso, Dali, Duchamp, Toulouse-Lautrec and many others. The 18th arrondissement is therefore very contrasted, integrating ethnic islands to a bourgeois sector or the opposite. The Boulevard de Clichy, near Place Pigalle, has many very nice cafes and bars, giving the neighborhood a certain dynamism and respectability.
