About this house rental
Completely independent, surrounded by greenery, just a few kilometers from downtown Catania, very close to the highway entrance for all directions. Public transportation to and from Catania is available, but we recommend having your own vehicle to get around.
My studio apartment is small (approx. 25 m²) but very well-equipped, comfortable, and tastefully furnished; it comes with sheets, hand towels, bath towels, dishes, cookware, and a hair dryer. The bed is a double, so it can accommodate 2 people. If needed, I can provide a crib for a child up to 3 or 4 years old. Guests will also find everything they need to get started during their stay: coffee, sugar, salt, oil, vinegar, shampoo, soap, and toilet paper. Nothing is missing, but if you need anything, just ask and I’ll do my best to accommodate your requests. The outdoor area, approximately 70 m², is furnished with chairs and a table, a large umbrella, a small barbecue, and a wooden shed that houses a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, and other household appliances.
I’ll give my guests the keys, and they’ll be free to come and go as they please during their stay.
I’m always available; if I’m away, I’ll have a trusted person fill in for me.
