Parts of this home are air-conditioned from approximately Memorial Day until Labor Day each year. This home does not have central air conditioning.
Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Vacasa is a registered New York State sales tax vendor. And if Vacasa is the merchant of record will collect sales tax and applicable unit fees on all sales of short-term rental unit occupancy within New York State that it facilitates.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The cabin was cozy, loved sitting on the porch drinking coffee in the morning. Property was very open and lots of space. One thing to note is there is a public use laundromat onsite which was a big plus. We will definitely be back!

This cozy cabin is an absolute dream! Everything is exactly as pictured and described. What you don’t get to see is that it’s located on an absolutely beautiful property. The beach is very nice and perfect with kids. We enjoyed sitting on the sundeck at night watching the sunset.
Not only was the property and home great we also weren’t far from the Village, Outlets, and town. We also found a restaurant 5min down the road that seemed to be a locals gem called the Sans Souci. We cannot wait to come back!

Our family had the most incredible stay at this cottage at Takundawide. The cottage had everything we needed and is kept up beautifully. There was plenty of room for our family with 3 littles. The grounds are kept meticulously and it’s the perfect spot for families to enjoy time at the lake. The beach area is kept up so well, with plenty of chairs to enjoy. The sun decks were the perfect spot to catch the view and breeze. We cannot wait to return next year for a longer stay!
