This is a huge condo that has had a 100% complete and modernized update throughout including but not limited to: kitchen, walls, floors, appliances, furniture and all new beds and mattresses too. Does have a Keurig coffee pot and another coffee pot that can make up to 12 cups at the same time.
Very big pool and lounging area + tennis courts. Just off 139th with easy access to our pristine beach which is across the street of the beginning of 139th. Our beach does not have rocks, seaweed or brown burpees and it's raked every night for the "pillow affect".
Also our beach is FREE and we have lifeguards too.

My host was absolutely amazing. She was able to allow us entry much earlier than expected which was appreciated especially when traveling with little ones.Upon our arrival the environment was clean and welcoming. Marcy provided clear and concise instructions for everything nothing was missed. I wish I could have given more than 5 stars.

Very quiet and quaint. Close to everything you could possibly want to do or need. Beach and activities all in walking distance.

We had a great stay over the fourth of July! Marcy was super helpful and the communication we had was great! Would recommend for families with small children- it is on the 3rd floor but luckily our one year old loves steps!
