About this villa rental
The entire villa overlooks a typical rural landscape, just a short walk from the cliffs and the golden beach along the Regilione promenade in Maganuco, a seaside resort area of Modica (RG).
Ample parking is available, and there are beach clubs where you can rent lounge chairs and umbrellas. The beach at Marina di Modica is the same distance away; nearby you’ll find supermarkets, newsstands, restaurants, pizzerias, and bars that are also open for lunch.
A very bright home with large French doors opening onto the garden. My home features three bedrooms with two double beds and two single beds, a spacious bathroom with a comfortable shower, toilet, and bidet, a large living room with a sofa, and a bright kitchen fully equipped with dishes, linens, a kettle, a microwave, and a pod coffee machine. The entire house is surrounded by a large garden and features a spacious pool with a whirlpool and a small waterfall, for the exclusive use of guests, where you can relax away from prying eyes. There are also outdoor restrooms with showers. The house overlooks a typical rural landscape. In short, it is the ideal place to spend time in total relaxation.
Guests have access to the entire villa, the bedrooms, the verandas, and all outdoor areas, including the pool and garden. Plus, for the Serial Grillers… use of the barbecue.
I enjoy welcoming guests in person and am happy to accommodate their preferences.
A baby crib is available upon request.
The house is equipped with a hair dryer, washing machine, ironing board, and iron.
The tourist tax must be paid in cash upon arrival. The tax is €2 per person per night.
