Communal swimming pools (2 pools 16mx8m and 5mx4m open from June 1st to September 30th from 9am to 8pm).
Charming air-conditioned studio in a secure residence with caretaker "La Palmeraie 1" on the 2nd floor with elevator facing south-east. Terrace 6m² with dining furniture, awning.

Entrance with double glazed dressing room - Fully equipped kitchen area and comprising: 2 bar chairs, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a large fridge Freezer, a washing machine - a living room with bench/bed 140x190 with real 18 cm dunlopillo mattress with memory foam, large smart TV - bathroom with shower cubicle, sink + drawer cabinet, toilet. Fibre.
Bed linen, towels and dish towels provided.
Several petanque courts (2x3 balls provided).PGJyPg
Pets not allowed. For the months of July and August the reservation cannot be less than 7 nights with arrival/departure only on Saturdays.
Non-smoking apartment. No key box, I will be happy to welcome you.
