The place was in a great location. 1 minute walk to the main street, 3 minute walk to the beach. Check in was easy, Paul was good to deal with. The house was in great condition. All 3 kitchens were good and functional. The patios were done very nice. Down fall was the Harborview that is no longer there, houses have been built along the canal, you can kind of still see it from part of the upper deck but barely. overall a great place to stay for large groups.

Overall location perspective was good; we feel motel room for basement and main floor but sun room and outside deck area are good ; worth to spend time with family for summer time
