This charming summer holiday home invites guests to enjoy a peaceful retreat just steps away from the beautiful Baltic Sea bay of Salzhaff. Nestled on a spacious garden plot filled with mature fruit trees, raspberry hedges, and shrubs, the property offers a relaxing atmosphere enhanced by a lovely garden pavilion. The cozy house features two bedrooms accessible by a spiral staircase and a welcoming fireplace, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploration.
The nearby wild and romantic beach at Salzhaff is only a five-minute walk away, with gently sloping waters that warm quickly—ideal for families with children. Artistically and colorfully designed, the house also boasts a covered veranda that provides a cozy spot to enjoy any kind of holiday weather. The home is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including final cleaning and consumption-based energy costs.
Located in the peaceful village of Roggow, just 4 kilometers from the Baltic Sea resort of Rerik, this holiday home offers excellent opportunities for excursions by bike, car, or foot. Nature lovers will appreciate the nearby hiking trail along the dike through salt marshes and reeds, where rare waterfowl, wading birds, wild geese, and cranes can be spotted. Please note, Wi-Fi is not available at this property. Pets are welcome, making it an ideal getaway for the whole family.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only.
