About this house rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene 2300 square foot home across the street from Merrymeeting Lake - with 61’ of private lakefront including a sandy beach and dock for your boat. Winter lovers, we're 25 minutes to Gunstock, with snowmobile access right out our back door, leading to 100+ miles of groomed trails (no need to trailer your sled to the trails!). Autumn guests, Merrymeeting is a leaf peeper’s dream with beautiful trails just steps from the house, and a short drive to Mt. Major and other great hikes! Sleeps 8 very comfortably. The house has three sizable bedrooms and 2.5 baths, including laundry. Get ready to enjoy sunrise with your morning coffee on the beach!

We had such a great stay at Julia’s home. The house was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed and the dock and beach were awesome. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back. The pictures don’t do it justice

My family and I had the best stay at Julia's lake house. It had plenty of space and everything you could need. It was clean and spacious and had a beautiful view of the lake. Julia responded fast to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

The property and hosts were amazing. If you and your family want some rest and relaxation while enjoying the lake views and activities, look no further. The pair of loons made this a quintessential New Hampshire vacation. Would definitely go back!
