Sink your toes into the sandy beach on the bay or cast a line from the 225’ fishing pier (shared with the neighboring cottage). You might even spot dolphins playing in the distance! (Please note: no swimming access into the bay.)

Located about 25 minutes west of Gulf Shores, Pelican’s Perch offers a quiet respite from the crowds - the perfect mix of coastal charm and serenity.
Public beach access to the Gulf is directly across Fort Morgan Road - just a 5–7 minute walk away.

I had a great stay at this Vrbo. After a recent car accident on I65 (along with some family/business issues), I needed a little hiatus from the day-to-day grind of everyday life. If you're looking to get away from the overcrowded areas further east ("cough 30a cough"), I'd highly recommend this place as an option to achieve such goals. I've seen few people, many dolphins/fish/birds, and not a single person I didn't like. This is a hidden gem...come see for yourself!

We had an absolutely amazing stay. The cottage was spotless when we checked in. It was equipped with everything we needed for our stay, and the host Nicki was extremely communicative when I had a few questions. The location was beautiful— gorgeous sunsets that we loved watching from the dock, surrounded by birds. We brought our kayak and it was so easy to launch right from the edge of the property. We would definitely stay there again.
